DESCRIPTION:<h2 style="text-align: center;">SPOOKY STORYTIME IN THE PARK!<br>Halloween Story time at Todd Grove Park</h2><h3 style="text-align: center;">Saturday, October 30th at 11AM</h3><h3 style="text-align: center;">(subject to cancellation due to inclement weather)</h3><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The Ukiah Branch Library invites families to join us for a Halloween-themed outdoor story time at Todd Grove Park on Saturday, October 30th. The program will begin at 11 AM and will be full of ghostly stories, songs &amp; rhymes, visual storytelling, individually wrapped treats, and even a costume parade through the park!</p><p>While the library will provide limited floor seating, caregivers are encouraged to bring their own blankets or other seating arrangements. Participants are encouraged to dress up for the costume parade. </p><p>All outdoor programs are subject to changes in the weather, and may be canceled due to inclement weather.
