DESCRIPTION:<p align="center"><b><i>Mendocino County Leadership Requests Input On Five-Year Strategic Planning Process That Will Help Guide The Work Of County Government Through 2027</i></b>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </p><p align="center">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </p>The Board of Supervisors and other County leadership have been working with planning consultants since July to develop draft goals and objectives based on input from the Board of Supervisors, CEO, all Department Heads, staff from the Executive Office, interviews with individual employees, and employee focus groups.
