Join us as we welcome Conservation Ambassadors’ Wild Things, an organization that has been rescuing and caring for displaced wildlife since 1987. With nearly 40 years of experience, Wild Things uses these remarkable animal ambassadors to inspire conservation, curiosity, and appreciation for the natural world.
Gabe from Wild Things will introduce attendees to animals from around the globe—representing five continents—and share the extraordinary true stories of how each one came to be rescued. This fun, educational program highlights the incredible diversity of life on Earth and shows how we can all help protect it.
This event is free, open to the public, and sponsored by the Mendocino County Library. Come meet these amazing creatures up close and help us celebrate another great summer of reading!
